Booking & Scheduling

How do I book a detail?

Use the online quote form, text us, or call. We'll confirm your service, location, and time window in writing.

How far in advance should I book?

We usually have openings within 3 to 7 days. Weekend slots fill faster, so book ahead when possible.

Can I request a quote online?

Yes. Our quote form takes about a minute and we typically respond within an hour.

What if I need to reschedule?

Just give us 24 hours notice and we'll find you another slot at no charge.

Service & Process

Do you come to my home or workplace?

Yes. We're fully mobile, home, office, apartment, or workplace anywhere in our service area.

Do I need to provide water or power?

No. We bring our own water tank, generator, and all equipment. You only need a safe parking space.

How long does a mobile detail take?

Interior resets run 1 to 2 hours, full details 2 to 4 hours, and ceramic protection details 4 to 6 hours, depending on size and condition.

Do I need to be there during the detail?

No. As long as we have access to the vehicle and a safe spot to work, you can carry on with your day.

How do I choose the right package?

Start with the Premium Full Detail for a complete refresh, the Interior Deep Clean for messy interiors, or Ceramic Protection for added gloss and longer lasting paint protection.

Why is pricing 'starting at'?

Final price depends on vehicle size and condition. We always confirm a firm price before any work begins, no surprises.

Do you offer discounts for repeat customers?

Yes. Our maintenance plans include preferred pricing and priority scheduling.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Zelle, and cash.

Do you remove pet hair?

Yes. The Interior Deep Clean is designed to handle pet hair, embedded dander, and odors.

Do you remove odors?

Yes. We include targeted odor treatment in our deeper interior packages.

Do you offer ceramic protection?

Yes. Our Ceramic Protection Detail adds gloss, slickness, and longer lasting paint protection.

Can you fix scratches and swirl marks?

Light defects can be improved with paint correction add ons. Deep scratches that have cut through clearcoat need bodywork.

What happens if it rains?

We watch the radar closely. If conditions won't allow safe work, we'll reschedule at no charge.
